Made from aircraft grade aluminum, this radiator guard features 5mm diameter holes to retain more than adequate cooling while offering protection for the radiator.

Includes all needed mounting hardware.

***Notes for mounting 2011 and later models:

The side fairings, chin fairing and inner fairings must be removed. Once the fairings are removed, unscrew the pivot screw from the upper radiator mount on the LH side of the motorcycle. In the photo below, you can see the Phillips head screw has already been removed.

On the RH side of the motorcycle you must loosen the coolant expansion tank and let it dangle as seen below:

Once the coolant expansion tank is removed you can loosen the M6x35 bolt seen in the photo below. Once this M6x35 bolt has been loosened, you can move the radiator down and away from the frame slightly, which allows the radiator guard to be fitted. **Note: start by clipping the radiator guard on the LH side and then carefully pivot the guard up and over the RH side of the radiator. Take care not to damage any cooling fins while performing the pivot.**

Once the guard is clipped in position, the fairings, coolant expansion tank and fairings can be re-attached to the motorcycle. When done, the guard should look like the photo below:
