AF1 Racing 10k (9,350 mile) Service Kit

For:

Engine oil capacity is 3.8 liters for the above listed models.

This kit is comprised of:

  • 4 NGK DCPR9E Spark Plugs
  • Air Filter
  • Standard 2.75 Inch (Short) Oil Filter*
  • Oil Drain Plug Crush Washer (AP0250640)
  • Oil Tank Drain Plug Crush Washer (AP8121862)
  • Oil Filter Cover O-Ring (AP0650500)
  • Gallon of Motul 5100 15W50 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil
  • Oil Filter Screen O-Ring (AP8120190)
  • 3 Liters of Motorex pink -- not AGIP as shown in picture -- AGIP is no longer available in the US (Capacity is ~2.2 Liters)
  • Water Pump Drain Plug Crush Washer (AP0230415)
  • Bel-Ray WaterProof Grease (for repacking suspension linkage bearings, tips for that procedure linked here)
  • 2 Valve Cover Gaskets (AP0650345)
  • Top Dead Center Crank Locking Tool (AP0240880)
  • Motul DOT 5.1 Brake and Clutch fluid -500mL
  • Clutch Slave Piston Seal (procedure tips are linked here)

This product is a nice one-stop-shop if you are needing to perform a by-the-book, factory correct, 10K (9,350 mile) service.

A copy of the Official Factory Service Manual (Mille Version; Tuono is identical) is included with this product. (A more plain English walk through for the valve spec adjustment is available at this link)

This product can not be shipped via air shipments (Next Day Air, Second Day Air). This product can not be shipped internationally.

*Please Note: This kit includes the Standard Short Version Oil Filter that Aprilia supplied from new on all the bikes covered by this kit. However, we've seen some owners elect to switch to the long, late type filter: Inspect your oil filter cover before ordering. If your oil filter cover looks like the image below, then this is the right kit for you. If your oil filter cover does not look like the image below, then email us for a custom kit quote..
