General Shipping Information
In general, AF1 Racing ships via FedEx for most domestic packages 2 lbs and less. For packages over 2 lbs and/or over $100 in value we ship UPS and FedEx Ground. International packages are primarily shipped via UPS and FedEx International. Batteries, oil, chemicals, and aerosols must ship by ground service and cannot be shipped Internationally.
Expedited delivery is available through UPS and FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day service. Expedited orders must be received by 3PM central time in order to ship same day. All expedited orders received after 3pm central time will be processed the following business day. Not all parts are in stock at all times so same-day shipping may not be available in all cases. You will be notified by email of any out of stock products. Expedited shipment delivery dates are not guaranteed and AF1 Racing is not responsible for carrier delays. Saturday delivery is available for most domestic locations. Please email for service availability and quote if Saturday delivery is required.
In some rare cases additional shipping costs may be required, e.g. oversized or bulky items where shipping costs cannot be determined until they are packaged. We will contact you for approval before applying payment of any additional shipping costs prior to shipment.
UPS, and FedEx do not require a signature unless specifically requested by the consignee. Delivery without a signature is at the sole discretion of the carrier and AF1 Racing cannot be liable for package theft.
Address corrections that are requested after a package has shipped are not guaranteed and may incure an address correction fee charged by the carrier.
UK Shipping / Minimum Order -- new rules for Jan 1, 2021 due to Brexit all orders shipped to the UK must meet a £135 minimum subtotal. Please note that you will owe VAT on eligible orders to UK Customs before delivery.
ALL returns are pre-paid by the customer, unless an error is made on our part. ALL returned items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. No returns can be processed after 30 days of purchase. Returns within 30 days of purchase require a return authorization number. ALL Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Please contact us at email@example.com for a RA number. All used parts sales are final. Used parts are non-refundable, non-returnable. All electronic parts sales are final. Electronic parts are non-refundable, non-returnable. Orders that received free shipping may have actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Online Orders with a subtotal over $199 shipped to addresses in the continental United States may be eligible for Free Shipping. The Free/Discounted Shipping offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or sale. Split-shipments are not possible with Free Shipping unless additional postage is paid for the 2nd shipment. The Free/Discounted rates may apply up to 2 shipments per order if each shipment's value is over the previously mentioned subtotals. Orders with Free shipping costs will be sent by a method of our choice unless other arrangements are made. Backordered parts may be removed from a Free Shipping order and submitted as a separate order that includes shipping costs. Dealer orders are not eligible for Free/Discounted Shipping, and if one is submitted with a discount and Free/Discounted Shipping the order will be edited to include normal shipping costs. Some exclusions apply, e.g. oversize or bulk items, e.g. tires, batteries, chains, gallons of oil, body panels, frames, wheels, forks, rear stands, exhaust systems, etc. Modified, or add-on-item, orders are not eligible for free shipping. You will be contacted if any exclusions apply to your order. Telephone orders are not eligible for free shipping.
USPS Priority mail takes 3-4 days on average in the continental US. Delivery is Monday - Saturday. Some boxes may not fit in your mailbox, in which case the carrier typically leaves a note. UPS and FedEx delivers Monday - Friday and sometimes on weekends depending on the carrier and service area. The map below shows average delivery times from our location in Austin, Texas.

International Shipping & International Use
International shipping is extremely reliable and available services include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
It is important that you provide us with your correct address, formatted properly. Typical delivery time is 7-10 days, but some packages have taken 4-6 weeks to reach remote locations. If your package is returned to us we will contact you for a corrected address and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. You are responsible for any customs duties or fees imposed by your country. We do not collect taxes, duties, VAT, or Customs fees for the export of your International order, and have no way of knowing what your country may charge you for the import. Orders returned due to nonpayment of duty, import or customs fees will be refunded to the customer, less the costs of the shipment and return shipment. We cannot be held liable for any delivery delays caused by foreign Customs clearance issues or Postal Service strikes.
We encourage all customers to opt for reliable shipping methods. Economical options like USPS 1st Class may be less expensive, but they are not tracked outside of the USA and final delivery is not guaranteed. Please consider opting for more reliable shipping methods like USPS Priority or UPS and FedEx International services.

Carrier Damage/Carrier Non-Delivery
AF1 Racing emails tracking numbers for all shipped packages. It is the customer's responsibility to report if your package arrives damaged, or was not delivered. You must notify AF1 Racing within 5 business days of the delivery date indicated by the tracking number. Save all packing material and contact us to arrange for the carrier's representative to inspect the damage so that we can replace the items.
