Misral of Mandello Italy has developed this stack to increase the volumetric efficiency of the engine by providing in more air, reducing turbulence and improve the engine response at throttle opening.

Length, taper and diameter are technical details that have a direct effect on the power delivery, finding the right dimensional ratio between these details, it is possible to reach better performance.

This Velocity Stack has been entirely studied and designed with CAD3D, then with the use of specific software to analyze the air flows in relation to the intake pressure Mistral has defined shape and dimensions obtaining 3 prototypes. Then developed the prototypes in reality through 3D printing and with the help of a test/flow bench were tested to define the best for torque / power / rpm.

The resutl is an excellent result on the entire power/torque curve, from the very first rpms the bike results immediately much more responsive, starting from 3500 rpm Mistral were able to obtain + 1hp of power and + .75ft/lbs of torque, then increasing the revs the gain increases both in terms of net power and torque. Max realized gains were 2.3hp at 6300rpm and 2.6 ft/lbs of torque.

The product is completely machined from solid aluminum with the best technologies on the market, installation is very simple and does not require modifications to the bike.

For maximum performance, mistral recommends combining this product with Vtwin Boost.

This product is compatible with the stock air filter or any aftermarket air filter designed for use in the stock airbox. The DNA air filter is AF1 Racing's recommendation.
