Conditions of Use

Order Changes -

Please email us immediately should there need to be any changes to your order. We process orders as quickly as possible and if your parts are in stock there is a good chance they will ship within an hour.

If you need to request a change to your online order, please note the following:

  • Online order changes must be handled through email. Please do not call to request an order change for an online order. All emails are answered as quickly as possible during normal business hours.
  • To request an order change either reply to your Order confirmation email, or send your request directly to: orders@af1racing.com
  • Once your order has been set 'Shipped' status it order can no longer be modified.
  • Additions to a 'Paid' order will require a new online order to be placed. We will do our best to combine orders and edit shipping costs in your favor, but it may not be possible in all cases.

We encourage you to double check all orders for accuracy before submitting them for processing.



2. Shipping - Most orders are processed and shipped same day if the order is placed before 3pm CST on M-F and all parts are in stock.
In some cases we do not have all parts in stock. Current stock status is displayed for all items in the online store if it is available. We will contact you with any issues regarding parts availability after your order is submitted.
We will ship to the "Ship To" address you have provided exactly as it was typed. Any changes to shipping addresses after a shipping label has been created may incur additional fees.


3. Refunds - ALL returns are pre-paid by the customer, unless an error is made on our part. ALL returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns can be processed after 45 days of purchase. Returns within 45 days of purchase require a return authorization form. ALL Returns without an RA form will not be accepted. Please contact us at returns@af1racing.com for an RA form. All electronic parts sales are final. Electronic parts are non-refundable, non-returnable. Any part which has been installed is considered used and is ineligible for return/refund. All used parts sales are final: Used parts are non-refundable, non-returnable. Orders that got free shipping may have actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.

4. Privacy - The security of your personal information is extremely important to us. We will never sell or rent your personal information to anyone under any circumstances. We do not keep credit card numbers on file. We may provide your name, shipping address, and phone number to a drop ship vendor or shipper. We're committed to protecting the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us.

5. International Shipping - International orders may be held up to 1 week for order processing and shipping. If there is a delay longer than 1 week, we will contact you with the cause of the delay.
The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and fees charged for import of our products into their own country. In many cases a customs house will contact the purchaser once the package has been received into the purchaser's country. The purchaser is responsible for paying the taxes and fees due on the total amount before the package will be released.

WE CANNOT DECLARE A VALUE LOWER THAN ACTUAL VALUE! ANY REQUEST TO DO SO WILL BE IGNORED.
