This matte twill carbon fiber is flat finish (not glossy), essentailly identical to Official Aprilia Carbon Fiber.

These panels fit as well as you can possibly hope for a carbon fiber part. You should still expect minor filing, drilling, and tab massaging to be required during installation, but there is no intense work to be had here. That being said, it's probably handy too keep in mind that all fuel tanks that these panels install on are rotomolded vinyl. This vinyl swells and distorts over time, so where plastic panels are pliable and conform to that bulge/swelling of your fuel tank, these rigid panels will not. In other words, the panel gap at the front of these panels vs the fuel tank may be larger than you had with the stock plastic panels. This image shows typical panel variance.

Purchasing quantity 2 of Aprilia's heavy duty velcro 860447 with these panels is a good idea to get them to sit flat at the midway point.

You re-use all stock fittings, clips, and hardware.

Installs in the same manner as the stock parts.

This is 100% carbon fiber. Not carbon over fiberglass construction.

Carbon is treated with a thick UV transparent layer to slow the fading process caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
