Made of Titanium with carbon fiber hexagonal shaped canister, this is the factory authorized slip-on exhaust which includes unique ECU unlock codes developed by Aprilia Corse.

Weight reduction is ~3 lbs versus the stock can.

Kit includes a straight-through (no cat) link pipe. (For Closed Circuit/Racing use only).

Features removable noise baffle (Lockscrew retained).

Canister inlet diameter 65mm. Canister length 320mm (belt to belt).

Please note: This part does not include the passenger peg eliminate bracket.

**UNLOCK CODES – To get your unlock code after purchasing this product, we will need your VIN and ECU serial #.  The serial # can be obtained physically by taking a picture of the bottom layer Magnetti-Marelli sticker on the ECU itself, or electronically with GuzziDiag or the Aprilia diagnostic computer  (AKA PADS) software.

Reply to any of your Akra pipe order emails with your VIN and ECU serial #, during our normal business hours and we will typically reply with the unlock code within two hours.

Your dealer will use their PADS and that unlock code to load RACE mapping.  That allows the proper RACE mapping to be installed with dealer software.

If you have no dealer, we can input the RACE mapping code you by mail-order.  Ride by wire re-calibration will still have to be performed. GuzziDiag is a popular way for the home user to recalibrate the Ride-by-Wire.

Installation instructions in .pdf format

^Please note: The above instructions are heavily based on '09-'15 model year bikes. In particular the placement of the spring hook clamp is shown reversed for the Tuono versus the RSV4/RSV4 1100. This image and this image show AF1's typical placement of the spring hook clamp.

FOR CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY. NOT INTENDED FOR STREET USE. LEGAL IN CALIFORNIA ONLY FOR RACING VEHICLES WHICH MAY NEVER BE USED, OR REGISTERED OR LICENSED FOR USE, UPON A HIGHWAY.
