This is the base needed to install a rear seat cowl instead of the passenger seat.

Order quantity 6 of part number 81450413 (see link to the right) and a seat cowl cover (such as part number AP8168904 or AP8168110)

Part no 22 in the diagram.

This part does include all the bumpers adn the hooking tab, but the screws which hold the base unit to the cowl (part no 8150413) are sold separately.
