For reasons no cogent mind could ever comprehend, this lever is sold without the pivot, nor barrel and pushrod assembly. If you you need to replace these parts, Moto Guzzi directs you to purchase a complete replacement master cylinder assembly 2B008780. We have been able to find a replacement lever from Brembo that includes the pivot and barrel and rod, but it is silver, not black.
