Pictures of the shop as of September 26, 2002

We finished all the showroom sheet metal projects including the shop counter, desk, and shelves.  We put sheet metal all over everything in the back workshop area too.  We covered a couple of the walls, our huge roll-around work table, and both workbenches.  It makes the perfect covering, and is reasonably cheap, about $13 for a 4' x 10' sheet.

Below is a picture of one of our tricked-out shop fans.  We got it from the HVAC guys next door after they wired up a 3-speed switch for us.  We cleaned it, painted it, and put some race stickers on it. Even on LOW setting, it moves a 1000CFM.  We have a even bigger one for the back.  The dyno room will also use bigger versions of these fans.

Here is a picture of the back workshop area, showing our tire machine, and wheel balancer table.  The wheel balancer table is level and secured to the floor for better accuracy and precision.  The actual balancer will be bolted to the table, and it should arrive this week sometime.

Below is a picture of a ladder we made that goes up to the scrap yard area. A place for leftover parts.  We welded it up, and painted it chrome for some style points.  The storage area can be seen in the picture just above.  The ladder is around the side.
